The Comprehensive Report of the Syrian Regime Violations of Mr Annan’s Proposal since the arrival of the International Observers to 25-05-2012.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) in cooperation with Damascus Centre for Human Rights Studies (DCHRS) have been documenting in their daily reports the Syrian regime’s violations of Mr Annan’s proposal in different governorates. More than 10,038 violation points have been documented by videos, pictures, documents and eye witness accounts between 12-04-2012, the arrival of international observers, and Friday 25-05-2012 as follows:

We call upon the international community represented by the UN Security Council to exercise meaningful pressure on the Syrian regime to put an end to the killing, arrests and daily violations of Mr Annan’s proposal and to fully abide by the proposal. Otherwise, the international community must undertake its full responsibility regarding the stubbornness of the Syrian regime, its repeated breaches of the Proposal and its disrespect for all its clauses.
All these acts culminated in the regime’s perpetration of massacres in the presence of the international observers due to the striking weakness of the actions taken against the Syrian regime for which the international community is held responsible.
