The Syrian Network for Human Rights has documented 23 casualties in different Syrian cities most of them in Idlib. Among the victims are 5 women, a defected soldier, a defected police officer and a Palestinian young man.

• Hama: 3 victims

1. Aleppo Road: Iyad al-Karam, a 35-year old (married and father of three. He received two bullets; one in the flank and another in the heart)
2. Karnaz: Ahmad Abu al-Oyoun (shot by a sniper)
3. Hilfaya: Hassan Yusuf al-Abbas, known as Abo Ammar (a defected soldier killed in an ambush set for him in rural Aleppo)

1. Beit Jinn: Hadi Mousa Zeitoun, a defected soldier (died today of the injury caused by a shot in the head about a month ago in Aleppo when he attempted to defect)
2. Barzeh: Abdulmuttaleb Abdulrahim (21 years old, Palestinian by origin who has been killed by two bullets he received in his upper abdomen)

1. Al-Mayadein: Abdullah Thabit al-Amin (his body was found in the Euphrates. The body carried marks of torture after he was arrested for two days in al-Mayadein town)
